These folks are GRE-A-A-AT! Chris is a very honest, helpful, and attentive guy...a real gentleman. He made intelligent suggestions upon installation that made sense. We live on the west side of Volusia county, so we got an estimate from a guy over here, but were not impressed. We are very, very thankful that Chris was able to install our generator, and from the excellent reviews here, we are looking forward to having him service it whenever needed in the future.

Surprisingly I had a difficult time finding someone that would contact me back for a quote on a generator. Fortunately, I found Generator Maintenance of Florida in Ormond Beach. I called and the first day they scheduled a quote for a new unit and a week later we had it set up for the install. Denise was great and Chris the tech came out the exact time he was supposed to and had the job complete before I knew it. The most important part of the generator is the service afterwards and first impressions are they show up when they are supposed to and complete the job as promised. Great company and people to deal with!!

All I can say is what a professional local business. It was truly a pleasure dealing with this family run business. Had been using another company and finally had enough of their staff with missed appointments without a phone call and attitude in general as if they were doing me a favor. I said to myself" All I want, is to find a generator service company that shows up when they say they will and fixes my problem." These folks are exactly what we need more of. Honest ,charging fair prices, communication as to when they will be there and a service contract that's not smoke and mirrors. So impressed that as crazy as it may sound I wish I got to deal with them more often. What a breath of fresh air!!!
