Ponce Preserve

Bear park for kids. tons of excise workouts there's like 6 different trails dock across peninsula an dock on the other side that goes to the ocean . Restrooms water fountain an dog water fountain is by the bear park . Handicap parking on both sides but no restrooms on east side by ocean.

Beautiful park that stretches from the river to the ocean. There are lots of trails and boardwalk to explore. Great views and elevation changes.

My dog & I absolutely LOVE walking through the preserve. It's so peaceful. At the entrance there is a nice little playground, bathrooms & water fountains for people & one for dogs! Through the trails you can find rest points with benches & trashcans. There is also viewpoint tower in the middle of the trails with beautiful views!

I love this park. It has a beautiful winding path. There are signs that will direct you and a lookout tower. There are beautiful huge oak trees. There is a restroom and a play area for children which has beautiful wood carvings. Across the street from the parking lot is a pier which will take you to the Halifax River. It does take a little while to walk but it's well worth it. I have seen dolphins Stingray and many fish. Pack a lunch and have a great day.

One of the best parks in all of Florida. Excellent for biking, picnics, dogs and especially getting exercise in peace. There are many great trails here with varying elevations, which is rare in this area. Most other parks in the immediate area are all flat and are honestly kind of dull, but not here!
