  My 4 yr old daughter had her first visit yesterday and we were amazed at our experience. Super professional, kid friendly environment. The assistant, Sarah was very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. She was patient with our daughter and explained everything to her and us. Dr. McDonnell was awesome as well. So glad we were recommended to come here. My daughter now loves the dentist!

  Our 2 year old loves this place! He had his first teeth cleaning today and it was a success! The staff are very efficient, friendly, organized, and the place is very clean. Seriously, from the front desk to the dental hygienist, to the dentist—everyone is amazing! He loves coming here! Thank you Brandy and Dr. Parsons!! You guys ROCK! Can’t wait for his next appointment! ❤️

  All three doctors at Barnes, McDonnell & Parsons are the best at their craft. I drive an hour round trip from Seminole County so that my 8yr old enjoys seeing the dentist. That love for Dr. McD comes home when he remembers to brush and floss. The staff are as lovely as Disney Princesses and treat their patients as VIP visitors. Everyone treats mom, dad and grandparents with the greatest respect willing to explain treatment options multiple times. We've been patients for two years and I'll keep driving north until he's too old.

  We took our 1 week old baby for a Tongue Tie and was understandable nervous but I have to admit that not only was the Staff but Dr.Donley so absolutely professional, helpful and caring. I was surprise as to how trusting I felt and he did the operation wonderfully, there was no issues. He also personally conducted a follow up phone call that evening. I would highly recommend this facility for all your Pediatric Oral needs. Cant say enough about the service and staff. Thank you so very much!!

  This is a wonderful facility for children’s dental needs. The staff is professional and friendly. My only issue is their prices. They are very, very expensive compared to other dentists. If you have dental insurance you should be protected from that. But, if you are a cash paying customer expect to pay high amounts. For example, my son needed a baby tooth extracted due to a cavity. We are cash paying clients. I had to pay for an office visit at $141 to schedule the extraction and another $275 the next week to remove the tooth. $426 seems very high for one baby tooth extraction. Other than that, they are wonderful!
