  Stephanie is very diligent to make all customers 100% satisfied no matter how long it might take her. She is professional and friendly. She always has a smile. Stephanie is a great asset to HomeTown Hearing and I am glad I get to work with her and Shaun. They make a great team together or in different stores. It's always a pleasure when I go there.

  I had a pleasant experience at your office. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Shawn (I didn't get his last name!) was relaxed and made me feel like he had all the time in the world to talk to me and answer my questions. After my hearing test, he told me I had only a small amount of hearing loss and did not recommend hearing aids at this time as he felt they would not actually help with the small loss I had. I so appreciate his honesty! How refreshing to not be coerced into buying something I don't need! I have already made my appointment for next year and will recommend this office to anyone who asks. Thank you, Hometown Hearing!
