My Health Mark Pro Inversion Model No. IVO 1866 was a gift in 2003. I used it 'as necessary' and found it very helpful keeping my spine straight. Because of moving to another state, it sat in a barn for about five years. Recently I decided to use it and found I had misplaced one of the 'arm brackets'. I called the original number and customer service had the parts on hand; they were reasonably priced and included all the related hardware. I was so relieved I bought two. They arrived very quickly and were exactly what I needed. I would recommend Health Mark to anyone needing inversion therapy and a friendly company with which to do business.
