I worked with Shannan in the past selling a home and her area insight and knowledge or the real estate market were second to none. We meet and discussed in great detail what I wanted in t a new home and she sent me recommendations daily that meat all of my requirements. When I decided on a home and made an offer she was incredibly responsive with any questions and made sure I knew daily what was happening and made the process by far the easiest home buying experience I've had in the 5 homes I've bought.

I was a first time homebuyer and looking for a place in St Marys, and I’m super happy to have chosen Tina as my realtor. She was very helpful with all of my questions and very responsive to communicating with me throughout the entire process. She knows the market very well in this area and really tries to get you the best deal on your right home, not just out there to close a deal as fast as possible. Tina was also very helpful in suggesting a lender to use and giving directions on how to set up things like insurance and utilities. She really goes above and beyond in my opinion, and I would definitely suggest her to anyone trying to buy in the St Marys/Kingsland area.

Shannon was amazing! She was there for us anytime day or night every step of the way. So thankful we found her. My 6 year old son says she's the best house seller ever!

I just wanted to say Ms Brandy Burton is/Was amazing. She was very thorough throughout Our Home Buying process. For each phase she explained then provided in writing as well which gave us time to read and digest.
I have to say home buying is Stressful and Although I was Stressed she kept it Together. She is Very Professional and Passionate about What she does.
