(October 26, 2022, 8:06 am)John is one of the good ones. He’s honest and considerate. The serpentine belt snapped in my truck and he had it towed to his garage and got it back to me the same day. He also had requested the guys to replace one of the pulleys but upon cleaning the existing one they decided it was fine and left it and he deducted that off of my bill. He explains everything and called to get my approval to do the work before doing anything. We will be back when we need auto help.
