I came to Chris with aching pain that held me back immensely. Not only did he help relieve this pain with massage therapy, but he allowed me to feel genuinely cared for through the quality and attentiveness of not only his work but his attitude as an individual. Everything from professionalism, cleanliness, ease of booking, results and more gets a five star rating from me.

I could write a novel on all of the wonderful things about GTO Health & Wellness, and even that would not be enough. Chris is everything!!! I came to him about 7months, after having a mommy make-over. I had no upper body strength, no core strength. I could not lift my arms straight up, and my knees were weak. Within a couple of months, I was able to lift my arms, and my legs and knees were strengthened. By the 5th month of working with him, my core was strengthened, and I gained upper body strength. He is all about health. He is patient and kind. He has been extremely flexible with my schedule and he cares about the whole body (mind and spirit). If you need a trainer like this in your life, contact him and you will not regret it.

Chris is always professional and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is also relaxing and private. I highly recommend him. I always leave my sessions feeling extremely relaxed and with a peace of mind. Chris has also helped tremendously with my stress levels! It is truly the entire experience … mind … body …. and soul! Chris is amazing! He listened to all my concerned and goals. I currently work 3, 12 hour shifts a week and i am constantly on my feet. My job requires everything lifting to sometimes running. My biggest concern was being sore and not being able to do my job fully. Chis pays close attention to form, making sure you aren’t straining and you are doing the workouts correctly. His work outs focus on different areas and he puts a lot of thought into your training. He provides a variety of workout equipment to keep the body guessing. He also helps with diet modification & checks in with you regularly! He’s really amazing!

Chris is an excellent trainer! He offers a well rounded training experience with his knowledge of the body and metabolism, breathing, and how muscle groups work together. If you’re used to working out on your own he can bring your workout to the next level, or if you’re new to working out he can help ease you into it.
