  On our way up north for a rescue mission, we got a flat in Georgia on I95. GEICO sent us roadside assistance. I called everywhere looking for a tire. Well we called Royalty Auto in St Mary’s Georgia and spoke to Sherwood. We told him our situation and we needed a tire asap as it was 5pm. He called everywhere to find a tire and kept in contact. He found us a tire, went and picked it up, and kept the store open past 6pm until we could get there. We arrived where we were met by pastor mike and his team. What better day than to need to a pastor. They fixed our tire, checked our fluids and I even walked out to a rose in our dashboard.
  Nothing is better than that. There is still great service out there. Thank you to the team at Royalty Auto Service. We appreciate you and so greatful that we got to meet you.

  I was in need of repairs on my Hyundai Azera. I had my car towed to a repair shop in Camden County where I was charged an enormous diagnostics fee. Came up I needed a replacement alternator. Five days later I found myself on the side of the road but was eventually able to "limp" my car home. I called my son who used Royalty Auto Service when he lived here and recommended them, stating I should talk to Sherwood. I had my car towed over the weekend to Royalty and told Sherwood I would come by after work on Monday. He patiently spent time going all the issues found from their diagnosis that had been overlooked by the first repair shop which had become a domino affect of issues. I had plans to go out of town and Sherwood made sure my car was ready. I needed a rental car for the two days and Sherwood even offered me a ride from there. The office staff, who are all most attentive and friendly, let me know when the repairs were complete and explained they just needed to wash my car and do a quality control check. It now runs as good as the day I bought it. As I got in my car I noticed the rose bouquet on the dash! I left there extremely happy and will return there for any future needs, where they truly do treat you like Royalty!!

  I’m not rich, I do a lot of work on my vehicles to save money but also to ensure it’s done correctly.
  
  After going to several shops and getting absurd quotes for fairly simple steering components, I went to Royalty Auto.
  
  Royalty diagnosed, took detailed pictures, wrote a report and had their tech call me to explain everything. I asked all the questions I needed, he assisted in guidance for some parts but the best part was there was no pressure to have them do the bulk of the work.
  
  They are honest and caring people. 5/5 all day, every day.

  I had an unfortunate issue with my auxiliary battery which required a necessary replacement. I always trust Royalty Auto with my automotive needs and they never disappoint. I called and spoke with Marly who provided great customer service. She explained how long it would take for the battery to come in, when the battery would be replaced and when I could pick up my vehicle. She even had them drive it multiple times before I picked it up to ensure that it was fully ready for pick up. She explained the costs up front and my ending total upon pick up was exactly as she explain upon my initial call. Great team and service! I highly recommend.

  Felt like my car completely broke down and was super frustrated with the situation. Royalty Auto care was super understanding and kind and I honestly had the best experience there. They are super friendly and trusting and completed a full diagnostic test of what needed to be done, took photos, and explained the situation in a way I could understand. They even gave me a ride to work since I needed to drop my car off long term. I ended up needing to take the vehicle to the dealership based off my warranty but I fully believe and trust in Royalty Auto Care in taking care of me and my vehicle in the future.
