(November 8, 2022, 2:23 pm)We had a great stay at the Riverview. Restaurant and bar downstairs so you don't even have to leave it you don't want to. George was fantastic to work with for our booking and any assistance during our stay. Our room was #2 and I loved the vintage romantic feel. Room was clean, bed was very comfy and has a individual mini split for heat and air that worked great. I also loved that we could open the outside wall door that leads to the corridor inbetween buildings for fresh air. We stayed with a group and it really felt so homey that I didn't seem weird to leave our room door open while gathered upstairs. Overall I would absolutely recommend and will come to stay again.

(August 24, 2022, 12:49 am)Although I did not stay here, George at the front desk, was a true Gentleman, and was extremely professional and courteous. I took a brief tour of the historic hotel, and everything was clean and well maintained. If I'm ever in the area this will be my first choice. The Cumberland national sea shore is right here.a bueatiful place.

(August 5, 2022, 10:35 am)We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The front desk was wonderful and very helpful. We took advantage of the packed lunch for Cumberland Island and loved it. We also ate at the restaurant on site… best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had! We also visited the bar and listened to a great band. I definitely will come back and recommend it!
