We couldn’t say better things about Griffins Kajukenbo! I originally wanted our ten year old to join as a way to build her confidence, and have already seen a tremendous difference in her confidence level, amongst other things. Our younger two ( 5 & 7) joined, as well, and look forward to it each week. The instructors offer a kind, safe place for learning while still expecting and instilling the utmost respect. I highly recommend!

There's something for everyone; from children to juniors to adults. The Bridgemill Kajukenbo School is led by 7th degree black belt Sigung Chris Newbury who has been involved in Griffin's Kajukenbo approaching 4 decades under the tutelage of Grand Master Correia and Senior Grand Master Griffin. The program involves intense training in martial arts inclusive of self defense techniques, forms and sparring while providing the opportunity to get in great shape and be around a great group of people here in north Georgia. I've personally been training under Sigung Newbury's guidance for the last 7 years and cannot give any higher recommendation.
12 years of physical and personal growth in this unbelievably well rounded program that consistently challenges me. Can't say enough about the curriculum or the dedication of the instructors. The kids program is also excellent!
