If I could give 10 stars- I would.

Today, I found myself (along with my infant son) on the side of the road with a flat tire, my dad came to help, and managed to get it filled long enough to get to Mavis.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I was their most important customer at the time. I had never been to this location before, but she treated me like a long standing customer from the beginning. We were patched up and out the door not long after we finished our McDonald’s. It was the most painless flat tire repair I’ve ever had. I am INSTANTLY a life-long customer. I cannot recommend them enough!

I came in to get new tires not too long ago, the service was great, and I didn't wait very long at all. Will had a great deal for me, met my budget and fit my appointment time in a great slot. Best service I've had on my vehicle in a while and I will be recommending my friends and family to come here for all of their tires. Thanks Mavis!

Came in late on a Friday and needed a battery installed since auto parts store would not install battery I bought from them. I walked next door to Mavis and even though they were busy they took care of me. Turned out auto parts store sold me the wrong battery and Mavis had the right one and took care of everything. Even had a nice chat with the manager about our shared interest in motorcycles especially our Harley-Davidsons. Very friendly and good service. Highly recommend this shop.

Found a nail in my tire this morning! Stopped by Mavis to inquire about having it removed and repaired. I didn’t have an appointment so wasn’t sure if they would be able to fit me in. Was pleased to speak with Dee who asked if I could leave it with her and she would work me in. Tire was repaired and I picked up the car a couple of hours later. No appointment, worked in quickly and tire repair was free! I highly recommend these folks. Very pleasant experience-thanks guys, you made my day!

Auto Repair shops have to be among my least favorite places to be. Imagine my surprise to find the customer service at Mavis in Woodstock to be the best I have encountered – not just for a tire shop but including retail stores and medical offices! Devon and Rueben were courteous, compassionate and knowledgeable. This senior citizen has renewed faith in young people. Don’t hesitate to call them!
