  Sandra managed my rental house for me in Ball Ground, GA. I had had a bad experience and she saved my sanity by finding, vetting, and managing the tenants. She gave me honest insights into the process, telling me her gut feelings about our applicants as she knew I wanted long-term people. Trust me, this was not a money maker for her, but she works hard and believes in forming relationships over making the quick buck. The years we worked together were great. But that is not the real reason I am giving her such a strong recommendation. A neighbor had been trying to buy my home for years and suddenly came into the cash to buy it outright. I mentioned that my agreement with Sandra stipulated that she would be my agent and he hesitated. He did not need to. Sandra offered me her services to look over the contracts and make sure I was protected for a low flat fee that was no where near what she could have made if she held to the letter of the law. And months later when I realized I had the wrong document to give my tax guy, she got it to me in less than 24 hours as if I was still her current client. Sandra loves her job and what she does. She loves seeing people finding a home and she treats you the same if you have a small house with little potential for her to earn with or a million dollar development. She knows the real estate network on a first name basis and has a great relationship with everyone because she is honest and respectful. I had a fantastic experience with her and if I choose to get another home up in the mountains she is who I will call.

  Sandra assistance with a land purchase was outstanding. I provided her with a phone number of listing agent and my target price. She contacted listing parties, negotiated target price, prepared all necessary paperwork and setup closing schedule. In other words, I did nothing, except show up for closing. Sandra’s expertise, experience and follow through eliminated my involvement in the total process, except to sign the check at closing. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transactions.

  We worked with Sandra and her team in the construction and purchase of our current home. She was very helpful as we worked through the process and although she represented the builder/seller, she did not diminish our interest in the transaction as the buyer. Her expertise in the overall real estate business and also in the local and surrounding areas was very obvious and proved to be invaluable to us. We would certainly recommend Sandra to our friends and neighbors should they need a real estate professional in the future!

  We loved our experience with our agent, Sandra. From the first day we met she was well prepared and eager to help us find our dream home. The first day we met we hit it off with her sense of humor and her willingness to make us a priority. She accommodated for our hectic schedules and met us whenever we needed her. I have to admit we had a lot of things on our “must have list” yet Sandra was able to find us a nice variety of new construction and used homes. Sandra was very open with us and provided us with a lot of useful tips as we looked around. She was exceptionally patient with us every step of the way even when we ran into snags she was always available to give us advice. She was a great communicator. She text us daily and we had several late night chats about properties. Throughout it all she treated us like family and went to bat for us during negotiations to get us the house we wanted at the price we wanted. She was very thorough in our home due diligence period and made suggestions and recommended home inspectors that she trusted to get us a good deal while not settling on mediocre coverage. Sandra has connections everywhere and was able to get us what we needed as she is very well know in our community. Everyone at her office (Taylor) were super informative reminding us about dates, paperwork, etc. Taylor even came out to my job to get me to sign a form that had a deadline that I would have missed if it wasn’t for their consideration and genuine care. I was very pleased with our experience with Sandra and her staff. Even after we signed the contract on the new house she was still constantly checking in and advising us.
