Kim was So kind and thoughtful! She complimented me when I walked in and she was empathetic to my injury and pain. She set expectations and played my music choice (gospel). The area was clean and smelled AMAZING!! I expected a transactional experience. I received superb care!!

I needed an MRI on my knee and it was a great experience all around. I got in for an appointment quickly, I was taken quickly when I arrived. Very efficient but not rushed or hurried either, just competent. The technician was super sweet. Most importantly, the results were well interpreted and what I needed to understand my options.

My husband needed an MRI for lower lumbar and the ladies here really helped keep him comfortable during the whole process! Start to finish, they were great and we’re so grateful for the kindness and support during hard days of pain!

I will not be getting a mammogram anywhere else even though it’s 45 minutes from where I live. I got one before in a hospital and you change in a locker room and the whole thing feels just off, including paying for parking, staff is stressed etc.

At this place, the technicians are so kind and professional and the whole environment is way, way nicer. They aren’t doing other stuff, they are just doing your scan, focusing on making you comfortable so it makes sense - it’s nice to be treated like a human. There are pretty rugs and beautiful chairs, too in the rooms you wait in between scans. Like in my grandma’s living room that we weren’t allowed to sit in ;) Also, cheaper and perfectly on time.
