Whenever you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and you immediately feel welcome. They make you feel like family there. I had braces for 2 1/2 years and I looked forward to every appointment because no matter the day they were having, they would always ask how you’re doing. If your having trouble finding an orthodontist or dentist, I would 100% recommend Dr. Russell’s office.

Dr. Tammy is wonderful! My son asks to go see her...he loves to go to the dentist. The staff is great. Jenny is super kind. Great place.
Having three grandchildren receiving braces from Dr. Carl and one grandchild seen several times by Dr. Tammy, I feel very comfortable in highly recommending the doctors and their kind staff at Hickory Flat Orthodontics. They are ALL so kind and so generous and so professional. Never have I been in an office where the children and the family are treated with such kindness and such excellent dental care. They all go above and beyond what is normally found in a medical office. Our area is blessed to have them. Our family is blessed to be under their care.
