My wife searched the yellow pages and the internet before finding Mark. We are so happy to have found this diamond of a technician. He is an amazing person who was able to meet all of our needs. He was able to rent us a bed while we waited for the part for our Hill-ROM Plus ll bed to come in. When it came in he gave us a time that he could come back and he came right on time. Very professional, which is hard to come by. He exceeded our expectations and we know that when we need a professional bed repair guy, he is the Man to call. Thank you so much Mark.
