I had the pleasure of having my call answered by Grace who set a lovely toned conversation between us. She went above and beyond to assist me. She informed me of phone orders, shipping procedures, and perks of being a loyal customer. I was able to call an out of state location, who had the very last one of what I was looking for, shoe was on sale, 50% off, make the purchase, with free shipping, and none of this would have been possible without Grace. There is nothing like a store associate that goes above and beyond for the customer and I really appreciated her. She literally made my day.
