It’s such a pleasure dealing with Pet Wellbeing! I’ve ordered several products in the last couple of years, since I discovered them. Sadly, one of our dogs went to Doggie Heaven recently, and I was left with some unopened products. The customer service people have been very pleasant and helpful. One of the products was past the 90-day-return policy, but they graciously are giving me a refund on that one also. And on top of that, they sent me a very tender sympathy card. I’ve never gotten a sympathy card from a web-based store before. There are real caring people working for Pet Wellbeing. I will continue to order from them for my other dog and also for my new puppy.
