My first time here around March 2017, I did not like it here at all. When I had my first visit, the front staff always stared me down and were not nice. Always frowning and I felt uncomfortable and judged. I was probably late twice, maybe 10 minutes after my appointment time and the medical assistant pulled me into a room and got so angry at the fact I was late and told me to be considerate, she didn't treat me as if I was a patient, she talked to me like I was a child! I still returned to the same office and gradually, as I started becoming a known patient, everyone lightened up and are nicer. The nurses and doctors are great though and Im glad Im still here even though my first time experience here was horrible!
The people here are very nice and will work with you. If you have any concerns they take care of them in a caring manner.
I've been coming to this place since I was 17, they have a great atmosphere with a no judgement zone. The young lady named Jay at the front desk was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Plus she keeps a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially if you're young and may be a little embarrassed. Jay keep up the good work.
So I'm a regular at this clinic, and from day one these ladies are the most fun people to be around. They're awesome.. I love coming here, and I wouldn't change it.. They're the kindest people you wanna know.. They treat you like people should be treated everyday with kindness and respect.. They make you feel welcome for coming and you can't wait to return.. Jay is the BEST.. I laugh with her every visit... Jay we love you girl... Keep being the wonderful person you are!!! Thanks ladies for all you do!!!!
