Lovejoy Regional Park

Just got to say the young lady that works there is the best! And I'm just not saying this because she's easy on the eyes. That's just a plus. I was there buying a new phone and was wanting my number to stay the same. Well due to my last carrier there idiots. Took awhile.. but I watched her on the phone talking with a customer. And helping one at the counter. She didn't miss a best. Here's the good part. Person on the phone she was speaking to in English person at the counter was Spanish. Might I say perfect English. That's hard to due. But give that young lady a raise!!. Highly recommend this Boost on west 16th & tibbs

I absolutely loved the great customer service we received from Fatima at the Boost Mobile store on 16th Tibbs in Indianapolis. She was nice,professional and explained everything, I definitely recommend this Boost store.

They work well with the costumes and very very helpful with wat you need done with your phone. Wonderful people in this location

This is the store to shop with. They get you together. I came in for two left out with half the store lol. But them ladies are cool they know what they are doing and they have fast service

I gave 5 stars because my experience was amazing. I would give more stars if I could. The lady I worked with to switch my service name is Fatima. She has amazing customer service skills. She’s patient and very helpful. She’s definitely dedicated to her job and the passion she has for her job really shows.
