I came to this location because someone had hit the back of my Suv and i could not get my back (gate) light to come off. My husband works near this location and when i took the vehicle to him, he couldnt get the light to turn off either. I decided while driving home to just stop at this location for assistance, fully prepared to pay for them charging me, in this day and time.
When i walked in, an employee was on the phone with a customer, whom he had on speaker phone. I mean, he never looked at me nor even acknowledged my presence. Two gentleman who walked out of an office (his name was Angel) approached me wondering if i was helped. Expecting to get the "run around from him", i explained to him what happened to me and that i could not get my light off in my car and he (shockingly) and politely asked to look at my vehicle to see what was going on. He went inside the vehicle and he was able to simply and successfully get the light to turn off. I asked him if i could pay him and he refused any payment. What a gentleman! So, customer service, i mean, honest and valued customer service is not "dead". I have to wait on my insurance to see about getting the work done on my vehicle. But if i had a choice, i would absolutely fight to get this location to fix my vehicle. Its very rare, to experience any type of good service with no expectation, of receiving anything in the end. Thank you Angel!!!!
Car looks great however, I was told that my mirror and molding would get done and it wasn't. No one contacted me to inform that those things wouldn't be done and my car wasn't completed on time and I wasn't informed that it would be a delay. In the future please no that transparency is always best.
I must say I'm 1 happy customer word can't express how happy I'm am about my service with them the manager Tony were so awesome and amazing kept me updated on the process from the time I I first went there to picking up my vehicle and I must say the painter Rod was very nice good and outstanding he made my day ask a customer where his skills show ask a professional on the work he did and I'm so satisfied I'm now having 2 more of my cars did.. All I can say ask customer if u want quality and great work did I would recommend you to take your vehicle there I can assure you will not be disappointed. Thanks again staffs what a outstanding job you guys done!!
