Just wanted to take the time to give this King his flowers! I can’t remember this gentleman’s name, but he works in the daytime and has gold teeth. Mr. Patient, as I’ll refer to him, helped me throughout the process. He could see that I was stressed but his patient and five star customer service got me through. I was just wanting to say that on last Wednesday I came in and the young man you have working I can’t remember his name but he was very friendly and helpful. He had the laundry mat so clean. Due to my washer and dry going out on me this had me looking to find laundry mats and I did go in some and left due to they weren’t clean. And I came and step in here I was taken by surprise I felt so comfortable at this laundry mat. I will be coming here from now on until I get my washer and dryer fixed. I appreciate the Excellent customer service. Keep up the great work.

Great service. I was a regular customer for comforters and large pillows. Owners changed the price during pickup from agreed upon price at drop off, with no justification other than the price given wasn’t correct according to recent price increase. Though it was only a difference of a few dollars, it should have been mentioned as an option and not made mandatory to retrieve my items.
