Ken Jones is the man for you! He worked with me and my wife every step of the way. Took us to many houses and when we expanded the search a little he found us the perfect home! He will never stop working until the papers are signed! We will definitely be using him again when we sell and look for another home.

Ken was great. He set realistic expectations. He looked at our house from the buyer's viewpoint, and had us make a lot of small adjustments to improve its marketability. I've bought and sold many houses in my lifetime, and Ken is the first agent I can recall that gave us a clear and accurate estimate of what our proceeds might be at the time we signed on with him. He updated that estimate during the negotiation phase with our potential buyer so that we would know what to expect. I always felt we were in partnership during the process. We worked hard to sell our house, but Ken worked hard as well. He was a pleasure to work with.

I went into the process of selling our home and buying a new one thinking I knew about half or more of what I needed to know. “I just need an agent to sell my house and get me through closing,” I thought. Then I met Ken Jones, who was recommended to me by a friend. Ken is the consummate professional, and he made it clear from the very first meeting that he wasn’t as interested in “selling” us on anything as he was in educating us on the process, so we could make our own informed decisions. And educate us he did. As both our buyer’s and seller’s agent, Ken taught us EVERYTHING we needed to know to sell our house and to buy the next one. He knew the market so well – and told us exactly what to do to our house to get top dollar – that within 48 hours of listing, we had accepted an offer that was slightly more than the listed price. As our buying agent, he walked us through each prospective home with the eye of a contractor, pointing out all that was right, all that was wrong, and giving us invaluable advice on the different areas, traffic flow things to watch out for, and other details that we would have never thought of but were important nonetheless. Buying and/or selling a home can be a daunting, seemingly overwhelming task. But with a shepherd like Ken Jones guiding you through every step, you can focus less on the stress of the process and more on the joy of moving into a new house.
