I would like to thank ServPro for extending themselves in our time of crisis. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling and flood multuple rooms on the lower level of our home. ServPro responded quickly and effectively to assist and remedy the issue. Avery, our project manager was terrific. He personally came out the same day and immediately began the process of restoration. He graciously scheduled himself to returned when our insurance adjuster came to perform the inspection for our claim and was very helpful in assisting with explaining to her what was required to get our home back to satisfactory living conditions and free of any harmful mold in the areas that were affected. He and his team where so patient and never made me feel like a nuisance, because of my lack of knowledge about the processes they needed to perform. They answered ALL, and I had more than a few, questions and always made certain I not only understood, but was comfortable with each step. I can't tell you how much peace that brought. Even when they were busy with demanding schedules, they made certain to communicate with me and so I knew we were important and just as high of a priority. May I mention, we are NOT in their normal service area, but they came and helped us anyway! NOW THAT SPEAKS VALUMES, because they didn't have to extend themselves. An extra special thank you to Angela and Jackson. I've said a lot, but I can't say enough about these two ServPro team members! They are definitely an asset to the company and I can only hope that ServPro truly knows their value and how AMAZING their work ethics are. Not to mention, they are wonderful at their jobs and making a customer comfortable and reassured about the processes. They are professional and efficient, yet friendly enough that I was completely comfortable letting them into our home and going about my own business.....I APPRECIATE THAT most of all! Thank you again ServPro for having such awesome team members and keeping your standards high. I pray that we never need your services again...LOL! But, if we should I'm grateful to know that we can call on you all. Referrals will given every chance we get!

The professionals at SERVPRO did a wonderful job when handling my water damage. They were respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns.

Jennifer was a rockstar helping me with my water damaged. She was very responsive to calls even during the weekend. She explain their processes well and assured the crew would be out as soon as possible. What a blessing she was after such a mess!

I had a wonderful experience with the team from ServePro in Austell. Chris, Regan and the other gentleman, were extremely helpful when it came to my water damage.

They were very informed, educating and all around wonderful to work with. When I discovered that my insurance company would not cover the work, they were still very helpful through it all. I will definitely recommend them for anyone that I encounter needing their services.
