We had our 1200 Sq ft unfinished basement finished by BCM London. Salar and team were AMAZING. Large projects can be stressful, and the thing I most appreciated from BCM London was the level of communication. It didn’t matter the time of day or time of week, if I had a question, concern, or issue, I got a calm, respectful, response within minutes. Salar and his team are solution oriented and when issues came up (as they do with any major project), we worked together to address. On top of that, our basement looks Amazing! This is a full service renovation company, and I highly recommend BCM London for your home renovation needs. 10/10Stars!!!

Salar and his team spent the summer months completely re-finishing our basement. They were referred by a friend whose basement was also finished by BCM London. After having less-than-stellar outcomes with past contractors, we were thrilled to find a referral whose work product was done with such detail and care. From the very start, Salar was incredibly responsive, friendly, and eager to tackle our project. The process was almost completely seamless and stayed right on schedule throughout the three months of construction. There are always hiccups when you're renovating anything, but any time we ran into an issue, Salar was on it immediately. And there was never a hint of frustration, which was nice because I can be pretty particular. But the team did such a great job that there really weren't many things to change in the first place. It's obvious that they pride themselves on their quality work, great customer service, and personal touch. We will continue to refer Salar to anyone we know who is looking for a basement remodel, and will of course utilize their services again for our next project.

Pictures are worth 1000 words and you can see how Salar and his team at BCM London completely transformed what was a basement 'dungeon' into our favorite floor to spend time at. My main request was to make the basement feel like an extension of the house, as-if it had all been renovated at the same time, and he did it perfectly. He was communicative, engaged and fair throughout the whole process - I wish I had more projects for him, and have recommended him to friends. You'll be in good hands with Salar and BCM London.

My wife and I had BCM finish out part of our basement. It was a complex job due to our basement not having any existing plumbing. His team did a great job and all of his workers were friendly, and would take the time to answer questions and adapt as we went along. Salar was always very prompt at communicating and ensured that all the permits and inspections went well. We would highly recommend him and will be using him again for future projects.

We used BCM London to finish our ~1800 sq ft basement. Salar was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to texts, calls and emails throughout the entire project. Salar and Bijan were always positive and helped accommodate all of our requests for our basement (even last minute changes!). All of their subcontractors were very friendly, very respectful of our property and importantly did great work. We are actually in the process of finalizing some other projects around our home with BCM London based on our experience working with them on our basement.
