(November 22, 2021, 4:32 pm)As someone who knew Mr. Stout, I can tell you that he’d be fairly disappointed that the county hasn’t made this into the park he envisioned when he donated the land. It is a beautiful property that is loaded with lots of potential, but like many things touched by bureaucrats and politicians, this park is a under appreciated resource. It saddens me to think remember what Mr. Stout had hoped for his legacy.
