First Step Physical Therapy

I was born with cerebral palsy in 1957.I was awarded a therapy grant from The Make Lemonade Foundation For CP founded by Lauren Walier who also was born with CP.This extensive therapy in Atlanta was life changing.Dr.Davis and his staff basically thought me how to walk correctly.For once in my life I am pain free and normal.I would say they perform miracles.

First Step Physical Therapy is an excellent company. Despite all the obstacles in the current work environment, they always take the utmost care of my Dad, and with a sweet uplifting spirit. They encourage and listen to my Dad even when he’s being a bit difficult. Very good customer service. Dr. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and outgoing, likewise Sasha and Melissa.

I’ve been doing physical therapy for recovery from a stroke and First Step is outstanding. The therapists are very knowledgeable and effective in their methods. I have found hope for more progress by coming here. Excellent, excellent therapists work here.

I really like the fact that First Step uses soft tissue relief and dry needling along with exercise when working with patients. I also like the fact that patients do not have one specific therapist with which they work. They have the opportunity to work with the entire PT staff and benefit from everyone’s areas of expertise. I would highly recommend First Step to anyone needing physical therapy.

I’ve been coming to First Step for over two years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Dr. Meghan and the rest of the staff go above and beyond in helping me improve my quality of life by decreasing my pain and helping me avoid surgeries on my back, hips and knees, which I’m ecstatic about! This place just feels like family to me. They make you feel like you’re the only patient there with the individualized attention they give. If I could give six stars, I definitely would.
