I’ve been to almost every Express Oil change in the area & they are filled with excellent staff who exemplify the companies values & mission well!

I’ve never had an issue when visiting an Express Oil change, I pull in pop the hood. Take a quick nap, pay then leave. The guys working are all knowledgeable & well trained. I’d give yall 10 stars if I could.

I had a issue that popped up out of the blue and I called for help. These guys were so awesome. I am elderly and I was very nervous about. What was going wrong with the first of all when I pulled up? The young man came out and said. Are you Priscilla? He remembered my name. Let me escort you to the waiting room. He was so sweet, the next sky came in, and your own words kind of tell me what's happening. What do you think, blah blah blah we went through? Then I waited a little bit and then the manager came in. Sit down, ask me, how was my day, and can you kind of tell me what happened? Don't worry, it's either this or this other thing. We're gonna check it out, get back to you. Don't worry, so daddy came in and told me what they did do. To solve the problem and they felt. That was the problem and that I was okay I've never had such an experience because as a mature woman. Customer service is long gone. It died but I will tell you. But these were some of the most respectful young men. I've been around in a long time. So much to point that I decided. I need to offer them something that I had. And that was, I'm inviting you guys to church. They even were responsive, took my invitation. My card and said you never know. We may show up. I've been coming here since 2016 and generally I have had a great experience. Today was no exception. It was a pleasure interacting with the staff while my oil and transmission fluid were being replaced. The manager Naim went above and beyond by reading my codes and clearing my dash lights as needed. I will continue to recommend this location and trust them with my vehicle. Thanks for the great service!
