Eric Fisher was on time and performed the windshield replacement in a timely manner.
He is well experienced in the glass replacement for my Toyota Sequoia

Sadly while driving back to Georgia from California I cracked my windshield on my brand new 2020 Tacoma. While driving back I called around and was getting different quotes from a hand full of companies. Many of the other companies gave "rough" quotes and had the chance for up charges such as glass dump fee, re aligning the front camera, etc. When I talked to Eric he gave me a total out the door cost. Which I was amazed with. Once I called Fisher Auto I knew I wanted to do business with him. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I work very long days and am never in the same place from day to day. He was able to install the new glass on the weekend. Which was extremely helpful for me. Would 10/10 recommend Fisher Auto

Eric replaced my windshield last May. He did a great job. Recently, on a cold day, I noticed some popping sounds coming from around the windshield and called Eric for advice. He came to my house the same day I called and went on a test drive with me. It turned out to be nothing, but I really appreciate his response and genuine concern for my issue. I would definitely go to Eric for all my auto glass needs in the future.

Called on a Friday, new windshield by the next week. Friendly, efficient, fair price. Half the cost of Safelite!

Overall, this was a great experience. I am grateful for the smooth process, professional work, and the quality of the materials used. I strongly recommend Fisher Auto Glass.

I was referred to Fisher Auto Glass by Cobb County Toyota. Initially, I left a voicemail but the owner, Mr. Fisher, called me back not long after.

He was friendly and helpful when asking me about the service I needed. (Windshield replacement for a 2018 Toyota Prius--a rock had fallen from the heavens and hit my windshield on I-75 as I was driving to work one day. The crack had spread across 70% of the glass. There was no saving it.)

I did my homework and had called around for quotes from other shops, including Safelite.

When Mr. Fisher gave me the price, he explained that it was all-inclusive, no surprise fees, taxes, or add-ons--the price he gave me would be the "Out the door" amount. I was thrilled, since his price was almost HALF the price that Safelite had quoted me.

He had to order the windshield I needed. He gave me a good estimate of when he'd be able to come do the replacement. (2 business days from when I called.) He called me ahead of time to make sure I would be at home, and arrived promptly.

The replacement took about half an hour (maybe less, it wasn't long) and he even removed and reapplied the car wash sticker from my old windshield onto my the new one.

He informed me that I should not close the doors with the windows closed for about 4 hours while the adhesive cured, but after that it should be good to go. I wrote him a check and he assured me that he stands behind his work and to call him back if there were any issues.

*Pandemic Note, in case it is important to you: This replacement was completed in October 2020. Mr. Fisher did not wear a mask, though I did. (we have high risk individuals in our household.)

I did not ask that he wear a mask or comment about it, since our in-person interactions were brief and contactless aside from him handing me business cards and a receipt. My assumption is that if you prefer that he wear a mask while servicing your vehicle, it would be good to request that when you make the appointment.
