Gary and his team have done a great job for me. I've purchased 20 acres with a VERY complicated boundary along a creek. They jumped in (literally) to get it done right. Gary and his team did an outstanding job navigating our complex property boundary survey. 15 acres, with three tracts, separated into two pieces of property, consisting of dozens of markers, and a previously unknown private road easement. Gary's survey also confirmed encroachments that have existed since 1977, showing two houses are on our property. They also navigated outwardly hostile neighbors who were unaware of existing easements and were calm and professional when being confronted regularly. Gary also helped us create a driveway easement agreement with another neighbor. Their business is small, and it takes them a little more time to produce results, but the quality of their work is 100% top notch.
