  Thank you to everyone at this facility. My experience was great here. A special shout out to Miss Khadijah. She is one of the hardest workers in that facility. Give that woman a raise! Also thank you to the counselors who took great care with assisting me with my discharge.

  My wife is involuntary held against her will. Finally I went by and a lady was kind enough to get a medical waiver. It's just so hard not knowing what's going on.

  Albeit not my usual sort of recommendation/review, it is a worthy one! Let me begin by shouting out the dream team that's assisted me: nurse Sheri, Dawn (office manager), and Jessica (office admin).
  
  After recently returning home from living abroad, I sought assistance to resume my medical care, specifically here at Pathways. Now I'll be honest- yes,  sometimes it does seem as if they're short on hands to operate at maximum efficiency, as are most medical facilities in a post-Covid world. However, if you're able to exercise your utmost patience and understanding, I think you might find that the hospitality and diligence from the staff will meet your medical needs. It has surely met mine.
  
  Thank you all again, front of house and back of house included. My gratitude stands firm.
  
  If I were to add any constructive feedback, I would suggest a few small touches to provide a more welcoming and pleasant wait time in the lobby since that can often be a bit long. For example, (1) playing lofi music (2) adding a rug (3) more comfortable and diverse seating arrangement (4) remove the vending machine and replace it with a less commercial and more healthy alternative. These are all things that come to mind being that my professional background is in hospitality/hotel management. Budget restraints aside, I'm sure some of these changes are feasible and able to be implemented in the future.
