  The MA that we saw was very personal and friendly. She took the time to take my daughters temperature twice (2 ways) because she listened to what I said. The doctor was nice but was a little quick and hard to understand with the mask. However, he was quick to know what test should be done based on her symptoms and prescribed necessary medications. We registered online and arrived 15 min early. We ended up waiting 45 min.before being seen. It would have been nice to have been given an approximate wait time since we had registered online. Overall, it was a good experience. My daughter is feeling better.

  The receptionist could use some lessons in customer service. She offered no greeting and was only polite when another staff member was in the room. This was also the only time she was off her cell phone.
  Otherwise, every one else was nice and efficient!
  I’m giving 5 stars because the experience overall was exceptional.

  Brought my granddaughter to have a Covid test without an appointment. All the staff from front desk to physicians were very pleasant, thorough, and efficient. I received the results very quickly. I recommend Peachtree Immediate Care to anyone who is looking for urgent care. 👍

  I absolutely love this location. I’ve been here 2x now for myself and 2x for my father. Every time it feels like we’re in & out with minimal wait times. You can even reserve an appointment time online and submit photos of your info so you don’t have to fill out a bunch of paper-work when you get in. The staff is super friendly and the nurse practitioner there really knows her stuff too.

  We received excellent service! We walked in at 7:30 after another local urgent care refused to see us. We waited 0 minutes, were seen immediately, and were treated with kindness, and respect. Highly recommend!
