I have went in to this location twice in the last two months to help sort out some issues that we had with phones/lines after ordering everything online. Both times they were helpful, but especially the most recent visit .... We had an issue for which we had called customer service numerous times over the last month to no avail and finally decided to go in to a store. Kayla spent about forty minutes with us, determined to solve the problem and she did.

Denzel was very helpful in assisting me with purchasing my old phone and providing me with a new phone. They had the phone I was looking for in stock. The transition was smooth, quick, and easy. The store manager Corey ensured that everything went well and that my needs were taking care of during the time I spent in the store. Great location.

I just walked in the Sprint store off Briarcliff Road and left feeling accomplished with a smile. I was greeted by the store manager Cory(please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) who was very polite and introduced me to Kevin. After sitting down with Kevin for 10 minutes explaining to him my issues, he had fixed a problem I didn’t even know I had???. Kevin was great all around and helped as well as solved all my issues. Thank you Sprint for showing me the best experience I’ve had with this company thus far. I will forever come to this location. If you ever need help stop by the Briarcliff location you will be satisfied.
