Love my little Ruff Sport trailer. Rode solidly all the way back to Charlotte with no problems.
Mike gave me a little walk through and helped hook it up when I picked it up (helpful).
I had a little issue at the DMV (of course) with paperwork, but Mile was super responsive and got me what I needed quickly.

I would have given this company a 5 star review had it not been for poor (actually no) follow up to a simple question, post the sale and after full payment had been received...

I spoke directly to Michael Carlson (Owner) on (2/19/2021) and ordered the Right-On Ruff-Sport Trailer with 64" crossbars as well as a few other items. Billing, shipping and receipt was efficient and speedy. I got exactly what I ordered, assembly was easy and for the most part straight forward.

I am happy with the trailer, however what I am not so happy about is that I left 2 voice mail messages for Michael (4/2 at 2:36pm and 4/6 at 1:59pm PST). My question: can you please tell me the size of the tire hub so that I could order a set of "bearing buddies". This is a simple question, not something that requires a lot of research. The best companies take customer service beyond just the sale, they actually help their customers when there is a question, even though they have already been paid and the product received. This would have taken but a moment to respond to, note a simple text or just an email (could have looked up my contact information from my order) would have been fine. Also, I would not buy that my messages were not received, as the voice mail clearly stated to leave a message and was the exact same number I used to speak with Michael pre-sale!!! I was detailed with my contact information and my question...

I bought a Right On Multi Sport trailer kit in the Pandemic Summer of 2020. I planned to use it to tow my fishing kayak, which is too bulky for me to load on the car top rack. In retrospect, I wish I would have bought this trailer years ago when I first saw one on the back of someone else's car.

I had some questions ahead of ordering and Mike answered them all. The product shipped immediately and was on my doorstep in Michigan in a couple days. The product was in great shape out of the shipping containers and the instructions were clear and easily understood. It took me about 5 or 6 hours to assemble, start to finish, with standard tools. I did have to buy a torque wrench (you may be able to borrow one from a neighbor or relative...), just to make sure I had the correct torque on the lug nuts, and I also had to pick up some axle grease (make sure you use axle grease!), but that was about it.

I love this little trailer! I use it for my fishing kayak, but also for our recreational kayaks and my hunting canoe, which I no longer have to lift onto the top of my SUV. It is super easy to tow, and back up. I purchased two of the fluorescent orange marker poles which really help me "see" the trailer when towing or backing. I've also used it to haul lumber/building materials for small projects.

Great customer service, easy assembly, super functionality, good value for the money. I recommend Right On trailer.

I had great experience working with the company and had great experience with the whole process of purchasing a trailer for my sailboats.

I ordered a trailer and the the shipping got confused but mike helped get things fixed and right. Once trailer arrived it had a few scratches but nothing major. Then comes the problem while putting together the holes were not cleared of shards of Galvanized steel so you have to drill some of the holes and clear the shards. Once i figured out what bolts went where everything went together easy and had a good set of directions as well.
