He is very fair and reasonable when it comes to payment. All of my family and friends that have ever been seen by him agree he is the best! All of these negative comments are inaccurate and hateful.

(July 24, 2020, 12:31 pm)Dr.Chang was the only doctor who helped me with my case after my stroke, he helped me find a very good surgeon who did a delicate surgery and the staff helps me communicate with Dr.Chang whenever I go. The staff also helped me apply for patient assistance programs.
