(May 1, 2018, 7:38 pm)I don’t remember the rep that assisted me however her service was excellent. After visiting the main branch because my card wasn’t work and told that it was just my pin. I then had to go to the main campus for assistance only to find out my card had been blocked because of possible fraud. Happy the rep explained to me in detail what happened and what to expect. She also put a rush on my new card. I wish I remembered the reps name. I will definitely come to this location from now on.
