I took my Chevy Malibu in because of my high fuel pump. Drew was excellent!!! Great communication, knowledgeable, natural sense of humor. Overall my service experience was unmatched.

I went to this location for the first time, and I must say the customer service was amazing and the guys upfront were amazing too. I want to say thank you to Joseph as well. Amazing work.

I just had the most remarkable experience. It took a while to complete the job, even though I had an appointment. This location was short staffed today. But despite the wait, I was impressed with the level of courtesy at the front desk as well as the efficiency and aptitude of the mechanic who fixed my tire. They sent me on my way with a smile on my face(underneath my mask, of course!)

I went to Pep Boys on Covington hwy Decatur Georgia to get my car serviced Drew the manager made sure my car was serviced properly. They had to use a special tool on my VW and had to keep it overnight. I had no way home Drew got me Lift to take me home Drew had my car fixed as promised the next day by noon! Great manger great service great staff!!! Highly recommend Pep Boys!!!!!
