There was literally no wait to cross midday on a Saturday in July. That fact alone is worth a 5 star review. Unlike other border crossings in Ontario, the views were stunning and contained far more trees, picturesque waterskiers, little islands dotted with pretty little cottages than decrepit concrete and road construction. If travelling from the east GTA to New England and value beauty, peace, and serenity over outlets, fast food, and lineups, this is the border crossing for you.

This is the only way I can stay in shape and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! It literally feels like a home there and you get the most authentic workout because everyone is trained by the highly sought after coach Xavier Biggs. And his reputation along with the staff proceeds them. Classes and training is so consistent and they push me to be consistent too since that was my struggle. I can confidently say, I have more than just a gym, I have a home here!

This is the best boxing fitness club for weight loss period . I lost 100lbs in 1 year and 4 months w/the diet Biggs put me on. and I'm still loosing I'm currently 165lbs. I came in at 285lbs. It's also the most practical self defense art form. With the Xavier Biggs being the best trainer in GA with knowledge backed by experience that no other trainers in the metropolitan Atlanta area have. Atlanta is not really a fight town so it's fortunate that we have that old school Philly style and training method. If you want to lose weight there is no better place. If you want be a amateur or pro boxer this is the most authentic boxing club in GA.
