I called early in the morning and originally got no answer (as with other places) but I was called back with in 20 mins. I got scheduled same day and 2 friendly young men arrived and quickly fixed my issue. Would definitely contact them again and recommend.

Mr. Willis provided excellent customer service, he explained the reasoning for the necessary repair. The cost of service was very reasonable. Prior to contacting Mr. Willis, we initially expected to replace our water heater. However, after forwarding him pictures of our unit and the area that needed service, he stated that he didn't think the water heater needed to be replaced. ( I had just spoke with another company that informed us that it would need to be replace) Long story short, everyone is not trying to get over on you. We were very satisfied with using this black own business. Mr. Willis, thanks for your honesty and service!
