  I give this WHOLE staff 5 stars!! All the office ladies are SUPER sweet and Dr. Bass is so easy to talk to and very understanding! He truly listens to how you feel and really makes you feel safe and cared for!! I was kinda Leary about going bc of a couple of bad reviews... But thank God I went with my guy bc they are nothing like those bad reviews!! Dr. Bass did a great job on my surgery and is still doing an amazing job on my after care!! Thank Dr. Bass and office staff!!

  Dr. Bass is a true expert. Very knowledgeable, thorough and understanding. Dr. Bass provides the best Healthcare I have ever received an was able to successfully resolve a issue no one else could. The other staff are all pleasant, helpful and courteous. Great practice here.

  I heard about Dr. Bass through my mother in-love who’s been a patient of his for 5 years. When I twisted my ankle last year, I decided to just go to a Foot and Ankle center a few minutes closer to my home. It turned out to be a terrible decision. I should have just come to Dr. Bass. My mother in-love is a woman of integrity and she’s definitely going to promote good people. She has nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bass. If I ever need a foot and ankle doctor again, I won’t hesitate to call Dr. Bass.

  I have been a patient at Metro Foot and Ankle for 2 years, and when I found out that I had to have surgery, I was instantly afraid. However, Dr. Javan Bass had no problem reassuring me that I was in good hands and that everything would be okay. And it was. My recovery was smooth. I am grateful to Dr. Javan Bass for his patient and compassion that he showed me during that challenging time.
