Billy was by far the most helpful service tech we have ever had! After asking multiple people from multiple service call how to fix something nobody knew how to help us. We told Billy our issue and after a year of our pumps reading wrong he fixed it in 10 minutes! All it was was a calibration in Fuel master. Other techs made us replace parts on our pump claiming that was the issue. Billy Thank you for helping us today, we appreciate it a lot!

I don’t do this very often but I think it is needed. After this new ownership has came into place, everything from the receptionist to service has been nothing but perfect. When you call, you get to speak a wonderful lady who actually helps you figure out the problem if she can rather than just get a tech to you. I think her name is Sana. She is exceptional at her job without a doubt! When the tech comes out he is so knowledgeable, it’s never about a trial and error, he gets right to the problem. Quickly and efficiently. His name is Billy, I would ask him to come to your site everytime!!! Dude just knows everything. Overall whomever bought the company has done an amazing job, and it shows thru the representation of their employees! All credit to their employees! Keep it up!
