Great customer service when I went in to get a few details for an event but the hours should be updated. They do not open at 9 AM and I arrived at 10:30 AM and they were still closed.
So I ended up here because Claire's had such horrible customer service! The manager on duty, in Icing, this day was AWESOME!! I expressed to her my concerns of Claire's because I knew they were a sister company... she gave me all the info needed to address the unprofessional employees in Claire's and I thank her so so much for that! I was trying to find her name but it wasn't on the receipt. But I thank her so much as I do not take horrible customer service lightly.... She turned my frown to a smile and changed my day around. Thank you! Side note: if you wanna know what happened in Claire's search them and look for my comment.
I needed a second hole for my ears. I got it done here without any pain. The price was on point with less time wait.
Me and my mom went in there Sunday night and the store was closing and the manager Ronda was nice we pieced our ears and talked to us while doing so my baby brother is 6 and he started to cry but she hugged him and said it won’t hurt and he said it didn’t the last time we shopped here rather my mom she said they weren’t nice but we like Ronda and she’s cute💯Can i say that on here....Duces
