Yesterday I figured out I needed a new water heater. I filled out a form online at New Era Plumbing and a Plumber showed up the next morning. Nick P was very professional, diagnosed the issue and had the new water heater installed in no time. I’m very satisfied.

Will report back once the work is completed. But, BJ came out to do our initial work up. He was professional and on time. Had a wonderful experience with the receptionist Suzanne. She was courteous and delivered all you expect when it comes to customer service. Which I have found to be lacking in many industries. Will definitely use and recommend their services again!

Nick showed up right on time and evaluated all my plumbing issues. He was professional and very respectful. Fixed my show, sinks, and replaced my garbage disposal for a good enough price. He was able to answer all my questions, get the job done in two hours, and was very kind.
