If you’re a homeowner and looking for someone to manage your property… USE THIS COMPANY!! I was a previous tenant and they managed my townhome and I want to thank them for the years they helped me. They resolve issues in a timely manner, return calls/emails promptly and have resolved all issues and concerns I’ve ever had. I’m just taking a moment to give this review because I’m still at the property but unfortunately a new company has taken over and it’s been a nightmare!! I’m not sure the reason of the change of new management but I sure do miss dealing with you all!

THE BEST!!! I was working with a previous agent last year for about three months and things just weren’t working out. So I was referred to MHRG by a friend and they were a complete lifesaver! I had looked at over 10 homes with the previous agent and submitted offers on 5 and none of them got accepted or even received counters. After speaking with Amy and discussing my wants and needs in a house, we went out and looked at two homes (JUST TWO) and I fell in love with one of them. I told Amy I wanted to submit an offer but wanted to be strategic with it considering the “luck” I had with all the other offers I had submitted. Amy said she understood and totally agreed and said she would reach out to the selling agent to determine what the seller was looking for and we would go from there. Well she did that and I submitted my best offer and was under contract the next morning and closed within 30 days! Amy and her team were able to do in 30 days what the previous agent wasn’t able to do in 3 months. Would definitely recommend them to other prospective buyers/sellers and I would definitely use them again in the future. THANKS AMY & WILL!!!

They are awesome. I moved in about a month ago maybe less. Have had no issues what so ever to be a big concern. Between Cindy and Amber I must say they are the best in getting things done in a quick matter. I did put in a request and the following day it was done. They are a awesome group and I will continue to rent with them until it’s my time to buy a house. Maybe in the future I may even buy from them because they do for the people. I’ve never experienced this before renting from other places this one company is a keeper. You guys will not regret it. Thanks again for all you do.

Amy was absolutely WONDERFUL! My partner and I were first time homebuyers looking for an agent that catered to that population, so we came across Amy's profile on a real estate website. After speaking with her over the phone, we decided to meet her for dinner so that we could get a better understanding of her experience as well as to ask her specific questions we had regarding the entire home-buying process. At dinner, she answered absolutely every question we had regarding the process. She explained to us what she expected from us as well as what we could expect from her. After dinner, my partner and I decided to work with Amy. She immediately got to work for us. We gave her a list of houses we wanted to see and she also gathered some she thought met our must-haves. To make a long story short, we found a house in less than two weeks working with Amy. During the closing process, she was with us every step of the way.
