  This is a great park with plenty of space to explore. There is several trails to walk. As well as a play ground for kids. There are seating areas as well as along the trails. If you go by the welcome center to the right is an area with a huge map, and small maps so you can see where you are going, because this park is very large.

  I love this park! It has walking trails, as well. It is very clean. I love that you can use the exercise equipment between your walk. Just don't forget the sanitizer (and cleaning cloth/paper towels). I have never seen the park crowded and the people I have seen were very friendly. Only thing I do not like is that the walking path is dirt and gravel, but as my husband pointed out, the dirt and gravel is better for walking than a paved trail. I don't know, I still kind of beg to differ on that. Lol!

  The playground is great. We love hiking the trails and then burning some extra energy out on the airplane themed playground. The playground area could use some loving, but it seems that they are getting there since the trails have been updated (bridges and clearing).

  This park is great for birthday parties and it has a playground for the kids. Now this park was my second de ja vu I had. I was led here for a second time because there was some fears I had to release. The first time I was here I got spooked. So this time I went to all three spots along the nature trails to release those fears. I went up into each place and let it go back to the universe. There is a old pavilion, a very old house along these trails. It is a shame that they been vandalized. History is a part of us not to destroy. You can run or ride bikes along these trails. I truly have a love for nature and realizing I have been to these parks on these previously truly means something to me. It is worth checking they also have a wooden house to swap books and they also have a donation box.

  Nice park and good trails but missed the mark for anyone with physical challenges. This is a GREAT PARK if you are looking for a nature walk or an easy hike and my Mom had no issues doing a nature walk there even though she is 80 because you can still get a good walk without any elevation changes. But they did add all of these great items at the park for children who are physically challenged but then didn't put in any good access to the restrooms or even good parking. So if you are coming with someone elderly or not so mobile or a child with challenges, might be best to do a test run there before just in case. If you are looking for a great place to take your dog where they can get a really good long walk, this is a great place for that -- just be sure to bring your own water as none of the hiking trails have any of that. There are some hidden picnic tables and benches along some of the trails though so for a nature walk, it is great.
