I was pleasantly surprised by not only the service we received at this company, but also the joyfulness, wisdom and positivity we witnessed while being there. I would highly recommend this store for all your vacuum needs. We ended up purchasing another vacuum as ours was outdated and 11 years old, but it was at a discount. We are happy with this purchase and visit all the way around. Rhonda was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and blessed.

My husband and I visited the store for the first time on May 14, 2022. We brought in an Oreck to be serviced and wanted to look at potential vacuums to purchase for use on the second floor of our home to eliminate moving the vacuum up and down stairs. We were blown away with the knowledge shown by Rhonda who answered every question we had about multiple models. We purchased a David T21 and could not be happier. The machine is lightweight and self-propelled and is already making a huge difference for us, as we both have some mobility issues. Rhonda was extremely knowledgeable about all of the various cleaning tools and solutions in the store and we purchased several items based on her feedback. We left our Oreck for servicing and got a call within the week that it was ready. It now works like a charm. I cannot say enough good things about Rhonda. She was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend the Fayetteville store, Rhonda and these products to anyone. It is a 110 mile round trip for us. We made it twice in two weeks and I would not hesitate to return there for future service or products. I highly recommend Rhonda and David's Vacuums to everyone.

Just had my upright Oreck XL repaired and serviced at this store by Scott. He was very helpful, informative and efficient. It was a hike from my house, but he was very accommodating. My upright is running wonderfully now, and I will probably get another 10 years out of it.
