I have been a patient for 2 years. I use the portal which has updated and accurate information about my appointments, medication and lab results.
The staff is very pleasant.
I had an issue when the technician sent my blood work to the wrong lab. I brought it to their attention and it was handled with the lab, so I wont be charged. The Nurse called me told me it was taken care of and the charges would be written off.
