I bought tinted paint for my garage door. I asked Pedro if I could return the paint if I bought more of it just to be sure i have enough for the job and didnt have to go back for more if i fell short. He assured me that I can bring them back for a refund if i didnt use them. So I purchased 3 gallons instead of 2 gallons. I only used one gallon and went back to return 2 gallons. The Assistant Manager who was in the store at that time tells me tinted paint cannot be returned and Pedro is out of town and is not reachable. I had to eat the $90 extra cost. If I was told of the policy before, I would have maybe bought less and came back to buy more in case I fell short. Always ask for an email confirmation.

Update: I had to change my review to a 4 star, just for the professional way this was handled by them. I promptly received a call from the Owner who listened to my case and acted promptly to rectify this.

Just had an excellent experience at this store because of Pedro C., who was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. What a wonderful representative of this company and store location. I will be back to this store. Pedro C. earned Sherwin-Williams a lifelong customer today.

Working here from out of town and needed some supplies. They had exactly what I was looking for. You can usually find any of you paint project supplies at Sherwin-Williams stores. This place happened to be close to the hotel I was staying.

Great company to deal with, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Crystal Woods really took the time to understand our needs and offer recommendations and solutions. The approach was consultative and not transactional, which was quite a change from my previous insurance experiences where you always felt like you were being sold to. I would highly recommend Members Insurance Advisors for your insurance needs.

Its my place for paint. Quality paints, quality tools. It my seem like you pay more, but you get better coverage and finish.
