I was introduced to the Joe Carbone team by a friend. I was initially working with Tria, who was great. She had an emergency and I wound up working with Lake. She is absolutely fantastic. She was always professional, and responsive when I had questions. Finding a home that I absolutely loved was quite difficult for me, but she was there every step of the way assisting me and guiding me through the process. Lake made the process easy. We laughed and had a great time touring homes. If ever I have to do it again, she’d be my point of contact. Thank you Tria for the introduction! I am forever grateful!

Evan was THE BEST. I cannot recommend him ENOUGH. He was attentive and thorough. Evan was always available to us when we had questions or concerns. If he didn’t know something he found someone reputable who did. His communication skills were out of this world. He made the experience personal and made us feel like we had someone in our corner. Evan was willing to go out of his way to not to just make a sale but make sure I found the perfect home for me. The process was smooth, quick, and explained in great detail. I could write an entire dissertation on the wonderful qualities of the Carbone team and especially our realtor, Maya. Maya was ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY AMAZING!!! Admittedly, we are not the easiest people to please but Maya bent over backwards to accommodate our timeframe, schedule and wide range of buying options. And when it came to an issue we had with the sellers as closing approached, if it weren't for Maya fighting for us we would have had our closing delayed a week. We are very tough customers and we give her 5 out of 5 stars for sure. The entire Carbone team was very supportive and professional and I would highly recommend them!
