Arrow Exterminators

This service was recommended by our veterinarian as being pet-friendly and pet-safe, i.e., using products that are safe for our dogs and cats. Chad, our Arrow technician, knows our animals and takes great care to keep them safe.

Arrow has provided service to us in our present house for maybe 20 years. They have been prompt, professional, effective and very easy to work with.

Our service technician, Chad, is so kind and considerate. He takes time to listen to any issues we are having, offers great tips and suggestions, and is always so kind to our children AND dogs. He makes scheduling easy, by going out of his way to text me directly to set-up and confirm appointments. He's always punctual and is extremely trustworthy - we feel completely comfortable allowing him into our home even if we have to leave. I hope all Arrow customers get a technician as great as Chad has been to us!

Have been using Arrow for years in multiple Atlanta locations. Had an issue that required some management and repairs. The master craftsman they sent out was exceptional and so was the local manger for Miltion. They communicated, responded, checked in often and both personally interacted with their support team and my family until we were 110% satisfied.
